to begin...

Over the years, I have had the honor and absolute pleasure of photographing my loved ones in love. I have taken engagement and wedding photos alike for the special people in my life. Each experience was sweet in its own way as each couple was very different. I learned so much about them, peeking at their love through my lens.

I learned a lot about myself as well. They presented me with a unique opportunity to direct and pose two people which can be very daunting - let me tell you. And of course, at the beginning, I was so. AWKWARD. But my subjects gave me grace (I was a free photographer after all) and the results were actually beautiful. Their love outshone my awkwardness and my eye leveled the playing field.

I am so, so grateful to all these beautiful couples that I got to be a part of their journey both behind the camera and not.
